Export Award officially given to Decan Sports Equipment

The official Export Awards ceremony of The Spanish Chamber of Commerce, Zaragoza was held Thursday May 7th. As already announced through a press conference the week before, this year's Export awards went to Decan Sports Equipment along with three other strong exporting companies in the region; The Pikolin Group, ABB, and Magapor.

The award ceremony, sponsored by CESCE (the Spanish Credit Insurance Company for Export) and Banco Sabadell, gathered representatives from more than 300 companies and actors operating in the regions exporting industries.

Export Award to Decan Sports Equipment

The Spanish Chamber of Commerce, Zaragoza have announced Decan Sports Equipment as this year's winner of the Export Awards, describing the company as an  'Exporter Entrepreneur '. The announcement was made through an official press conference held Tuesday last week.

The Export Awards is a prestigious award recognizing the work of internationalization of companies in the region and have been given since 1979. Among the companies which have been recognized earlier with the Export Awards are General Motors Spain , SAICA , ABB, BSH and Siemens.

To evaluate the candidates, the jury takes into account the history of the company, its export volume , the work laid down in the opening of new markets , the share of exports in relation to production or attending international trade fairs and trade missions.

The Export Awards ceremony will be held on May 7, at 18.00 at the Chamber of Commerce headquarters building  in Zaragoza.
